Dust Collector Brief Introduction:

Dust remover system consists of pulse jet cartridge filter, blower, air duct ,etc. Dust collector and fan 

installed in the workshop outside, in order to avoid the fan is affected by noise.

High-efficiency filter dust collector with filter cartridge type and pulse blow-back device, the brand 

of filter cartridge is Donaldson. The material of filter is wood pulp. Filter paper is made from American 

AV company. We can make sure the filter cartridges' lifetime>2 years. It consists of 112 filter 

cartridges with settlement structure, whose replacement is very convenient. Its dust-removing efficiency 

could reach max. 99.5%, and emission concentration of dust ≤80mg/m3, which is up to international 

environmental protection requirement and meets the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants 

GB16297-1996.

The filter cartridge is structured as a folded round one, with outer diameter 324mm,inner diameter 

215mm, height 750mm. A standard filter cartridge is about 14.5 m2 with a total filtering area more 

than 1624m2. It is designed as a standard structure which makes assemble and disassemble 

easily. The pulse blow-back pressure is 0.5~0.6Mpa, high quality blow-back valve is adopted to 

ensure faultless operation which can guarantee 200,000 trouble-free. The pulse blow-back is 

automatically controlled by a special controller which is more reliable and convenient compared 

with normal pulse ordinary system.
